What tools do I need to install grommets?

It depends on the volume of work. Manual tools (dies and punches) are sufficient for occasional use. For medium production we recommend benchtop manual presses, and for industrial production, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic equipment.

Are the machines compatible with all grommets?

Each machine has interchangeable dies for different grommet sizes. Dies are specific to each diameter. At Acosta we supply both the machines and the die replacements.

Do you offer technical service for the machines?

Yes, we offer technical advice for choosing the right tool and have spare parts and dies available for all our machines.
